Ordering info

All prices are quoted in EUR currency without VAT. It is also possible to pay in US dollars. Payments via wire transfer or PayPal. For payment via PayPal you must add a PayPal fee (it can be found here). For other currencies see the current rate of exchange. Customers in Poland and the countries of the European Union have to pay 23% VAT. Customers in countries of the European Union, who have a registered and active VAT-EU number will not be charged for VAT. VIES validation (registration status of EU-VAT number) can be checked on this site.

International orders from countries outside of the European Union are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. Animal Sound Labs is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information please consult with your local government import office.

Orders should be placed via e-mail (info@animalsoundlabs.pl or info@lunabat.com), then after accepting an order the proforma invoice and estimated shipping time and costs will be sended in return.
